Return & Refund Policy

We thank you for your continuous business with us and please accept our apologies in advance in case if you have to go through our return, refund or replacement your product process.

We assure you that we will keep this process as smooth as we can and complete your enquiry as soon as practically possible.

If you receive a faulty product or an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We do not have to provide refund if you change your mind about a purchase –so please choose carefully.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will contact you via email or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
