We only accept payment through PayPal, Bank Deposit and Credit cards (Visa and Master). Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed. The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavor to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Your Purchase Pick up
You can only pick up some of our products which allow pick-ups. If you wish to pick up your purchased product you need to arrange it with our team. We only allow pick up via appointment. Please connect us before your complete transition.
Delivery and delivery charges
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed. We do not deliver goods to PO box, You need to provide us NZ valid address and you understand that you will be authorized to receive product and services and provided address. Product delivery time frame may vary at your geographical location. We can not guarantee fix time for some of the products because it depends on courier companies guideline.

Some Products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Subject to your statutory rights, including under any applicable consumer law, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects that warranty.
